I joined the Financial Institutions and Markets practice group on qualifying in 1999 and have been involved in a good mix of general corporate work for both public and private companies - everything from IPOs, investments, acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures and AGMs through to day-to-day governance issues.

I chose Taylor Wessing because I wanted a firm that was big enough to give me high quality work and where I would also be given a substantial degree of responsibility at an early stage.
